Each Sportybet user is permitted to hold only one account, registered under their real name. Duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately and all balances and bonuses will be forfeited. This is to protect the fairness of all other Sportybet members.
Sportybet only accepts members who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by underage individuals is strictly prohibited, and any account found to be in breach of this requirement will be closed without notice. Sportybet is committed to protecting minors.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and winnings on Sportybet are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Sportybet supports Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX. No foreign currencies are accepted and no currency conversion fees apply.
All Sportybet bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. These requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be converted to cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotional offer.

Full Terms
In this Terms & Conditions document, certain terms are used with specific meanings that you should be aware of. "Sportybet" refers to the online betting platform operating on this website and all related services. "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account on the Sportybet platform.
"Platform" refers to the Sportybet website and all digital interfaces used to access our services, including the mobile browser version. Sportybet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or during an investigation into suspicious activity.
Warning: Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of Sportybet's Terms. Sportybet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all balances and bonuses without notice if the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Sportybet uses a phone number verification process via OTP (One-Time Password) during registration. This is an important security measure to protect your account and ensure that only you can access it. Please make sure the phone number you register is active and in your possession.
You are solely responsible for keeping your Sportybet account password confidential. Sportybet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to failure to safeguard your password.
If you suspect that someone has gained unauthorised access to your Sportybet account, contact our customer support immediately via live chat or email at support@sportybet-bangla.com. Our team will temporarily freeze the account while an investigation is carried out to protect your balance and personal information.
Sportybet will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, do not respond — it may be a phishing attempt. Please report it to us immediately.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit (except in specific cases at Sportybet's discretion). This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) policy adhered to by all licensed financial platforms. A Sportybet account is not a bank account and does not earn interest on any balance held. Sportybet is not responsible for any fees charged by your e-wallet provider or bank in connection with transactions to or from the Sportybet platform. Members are advised to review the fee policies of their respective payment providers.
Sportybet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be fully complied with.
Sportybet reserves the right to void any winnings generated through the exploitation of technical errors, system vulnerabilities, or any other unfair means. In such cases, the account in question will be investigated and appropriate action taken in accordance with Sportybet's policies.
Sportybet reserves the right to modify or terminate any bonus or promotional program at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that are currently in the process of meeting wagering requirements at the time the change is made, unless otherwise stated.

For sports betting, Sportybet reserves the right to adjust or cancel odds at any time before a game begins if there is a significant change in circumstances, such as a key player injury, extreme weather conditions, or any other factor affecting the fairness of the bet.

Sportybet reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so. This action may be taken under the following circumstances:
In the event of account termination not caused by a breach of terms, Sportybet will process any valid balance withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of termination due to serious violations, all associated balances, bonuses, and winnings may be forfeited at Sportybet's discretion.
Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting Sportybet customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Sportybet provides this betting platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the platform's fitness for any particular purpose. The platform may experience technical disruptions, scheduled maintenance, or unexpected downtime under certain circumstances.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the Sportybet platform should first be resolved through direct discussion between the member and Sportybet.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through discussion within 30 days, both parties agree to refer the matter to arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
To submit a formal complaint, please contact the Sportybet customer support team by email at support@sportybet-bangla.com, providing full details of your dispute. We commit to responding to every formal complaint within 5 business days.
Sportybet reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or email to their registered address at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Sportybet platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
